UHMWPE dual color board, also known as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene dual color board, is an engineering plastic sheet made by combining two or more colors of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene materials. Ultimate wear resistance: UHMWPE itself is an engineering plastic with excellent wear resistance, usually 7 times that of carbon steel and 5 times that of nylon 66. On this basis, the dual color palette has developed a unique "wear indicator" function. When used as a lining plate, as the surface color wears off during use, different colors of the inner layer will be exposed, which is like an intuitive "signal light", reminding operators to replace components in a timely manner, effectively avoiding equipment damage due to excessive wear and tear.
Excellent comprehensive performance: In addition to wear resistance, it also has high impact resistance (able to maintain toughness even at low temperatures of -196 ℃), extremely low friction coefficient (self-lubricating), corrosion resistance (able to withstand most acids, alkalis, and salts), non adhesion, non-toxic and odorless (can come into contact with food), and aging resistance.
Flexible dual color design: The dual color board can be a "three-layer sandwich" structure (such as A-B-A) or a double-layer structure (A-B), and the color combination can be customized almost arbitrarily. This design can be used not only for wear indication, but also for brand recognition, safety zoning (such as marking hazardous areas in red), or purely decorative purposes.
